The Halsey Family

March 29, 2015… The Halsey pool is open for business!!  We had a great Sunday afternoon splish splashing… and Andrew had Cheetos- he LOVED them!!!    Andrew's favorite pool toy- the duckie!  1-2-3… Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee  Blowing bubbles- or trying to!!!  Taytum- 27 1/2 weeks!!!!!

Andrew absolutely loves the zoo… I am pretty he likes the animals, but LOVES to run (and I mean run) everywhere.  Such a lil independent man! Checking out the water spout on the water bridge… we were heading to the goal petting zoo, that was CLOSED- Andrew was not thrilled.   Tiger!!!    Our very own zoo tour guide!  Aren't we lucky?  Wore him out… night night!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  Andrew got to celebrate the lucky day at school in his lucky charm shirt!  Obsessed with him!!!  Taytum is getting nice a big- we can't wait to be a family of 4, well 5, plus Sloany girl!!

It sure feels like summer is here!!  I bought Andrew this super rad sprinkler contraption… old school fun in our diaper!! He loved it- Andrew would ask us to "turn it on" and he liked it on full blast, our adventurous boy!  Best $12 I have spent in a long time.  Love my weekends with my boy!  Getting the lay of the land…. Check out the trees!  Go, Go, Go!!!  And now we are muddy! Too much fun!

As with the past 5 years, we celebrated our 5th anniversary on Sunday at the Q!  We sure are going to miss Andrew & Lolo…. October 5, 2014 :)  King Dunlap!!!  A tad embarrassing as Lauren told him the I have always wanted my picture taken with him… inaccurate, but a great pic!  Mid-December game…. and now I am pregnant… about 12 weeks and Lauren is about 35/36 weeks!!!  Both baby girls!

First of all, Andrew is getting a bigger and bigger personality!  It is crazy to see him turn into a little boy right in front of our eyes.  His two favorite sayings right now are, "What Happened????"  Which usually comes after a fall or accident.  And of course- NO!  But he says it in the cutest voice you have ever heard. He is still rocking the "Open door" for everything that needs to be opened!!  We are working on him saying baby sister's name… all in due time!

First of all, it is has been crazy busy with Andrew, working, being in school, being pregnant, project nursery, project being a mom & wife…. Poor Taytum is already suffering from second child syndrome.  We have had nothing be great news from Dr. Garg about Tayum's progress- nice healthy baby girl!  We had our 24 week check up, her heartbeat was in the mid 150s and was moving all around (which she does ALL the time- way more than Andrew).  The nursery is in progress… slow progress, but we are on the way and hopefully by next week at this time, I will be able to show the progress!  I can definitely report that shopping for bows and cute baby girl clothes is out of the world fun, but this pregnancy….. not as fun as the shopping!  Baby bump picture coming soon!

Over my ski week break Andrew had his worst bout with being sick yet… Too sad!  At least I got to be home with him the entire time.  We watched videos and ate popsicles in the bath- what all good moms do when their child is sick, right?!?

Andrew's new fav is tomatoes, especially "mini tomatoes."   Eating it like an apple!  Love how he loves fruits!
