On Saturday, we were off to the races to celebrate Auntie Jenna'a 25th birthday & Andrew's 2 month birthday!  Auntie Jenna won a sweet $50 on her very first pony bet- birthday & beginners luck!  Unfortunately for us, Andrew was not our good luck charm... we lost all but one bet.   Andrew is ready to go to the races with his car seat friends!  Jenna & Rachel striking a pose!

We all know how much I LOVE Sloan... she is the sweetest girl.  She has a new nightly routine.  Sloan starts the night with Josh & me in our room.  Then when I get up to feed Andrew (still in the middle of the night- 2-3 am), she joins us for our feeding, and she stays in his room with him right by his crib or right by his door.  I was able to catch in on camera today.  I LOVE Sloan for how perfect she is for our little family.  1, 2, 3... we love you Sloany girl!

Today Andrew Dooda Broxton Dooda Halsey Dooda is 8 weeks old.... this was also mommy's first official day back at work.  Big day.... check out my handsome boy, who in my opinion is starting to look A LOT like his Daddy Dooda.  Andrew LOVES his rainforest friends on his mobile & is still as smiley as ever.

Can you say... NEON PUB CRAWL?!?  That is what we did for Lauren's birthday on Saturday!  Such a fun day out and about with good friends & my handsome husband.  Not going to lie...  I was home sick for Andrew Dooda... after about 30 minutes! haha!   Even Andrew was in neon for the big pub crawl.... such a festive boy! Look at that face... no wonder I couldn't stay the whole time!  Kisses for Dooda!  Thanks Mimi & Papa for babysitting!  Stop #1 Tavern (also the location of our first date-$5 shot & a beer-classy)   Stop #2 Typhoon Saloon- yes that is a beer pong table, and I am disappointed to say we did not play.   Stop #3 Plum Crazy... another spot we used to frequent on Thursday nights.  Stop #4 CABO CANTINA- 2 for 1 Happy Hour!  Stop #5 Bubs- Jello shot time!  Stop #6- Johnny Vs... we were the ONLY people in the bar!   Stop #7 Moondoggies- anoth...

Happy Birthday, Mimi!  We started of Mimi's birthday at... you guessed it, CANTINA!  We should buy stock in this place.  Happy to be 62....  Confused to be 92.....  THRILLED to be 26!  Allie pushing Dooda to my car. Aunt Mindy came down to meet Andrew this week.  She gushed over how cute he is & she was not able to figure out who Andrew looks like.... she decided that he looks like both of us because Josh & I look quite similar.  Great Aunt Mindy loved holding this happy boy.  Thank you Great Aunt Mindy for making the trip down to San Diego!

Allie came down to visit Mimi, Papa, Us & of course meet the star- Andrew Dooda :)  Allie was SOOOO excited to meet him, she was rehearsing how she would talk to him on the car ride over.  She blew right past Uncle Josh, Sloan, & me to get to see the baby.  Her eyes lit up when she saw him & said he was the cutest baby she has ever seen :) She is one smart girl, and I would definitely agree with her (do you think we are biased?!?!)   It was probably the cutest thing I have seen.  She was a natural little babysitter with Andrew.  Allie would have made one heck of big sister (wink wink Auntie Nat & Uncle Steve).  Andrew smiled at her & loved being held by his cousin. Love seeing her bond with her cousin.
