Melt my heart!  Oh hi baby sister… hi baby Taytum… Best big brother.  He doesn't quite understand how fragile she is yet.  He loves her just the right amount!

We are so lucky to have Mimi & Papa live here!!!    Taytum is channeling her inner pirate with the one eye creeping open! The best boy in the entire world!!  And we are slowly but surely getting him to wear a hat…. sometimes! By sometimes, I mean, when he wants to.

Bath time is always a hit with Andrew… Now with "baby Taytum," as Andrew would say, Andrew was checking on his baby sister during bath time.  He would whisper baby sister and give her air kisses.  It was too cute for words!  We hit the jackpot with these kids- so grateful!

Greg, Jen & the boys came over to bring us Mexican food, booze and sweets to welcome home and meet Taytum!!  They look so natural with a newborn.

The day we got home from the hospital we wanted to make sure that Andrew felt that things were as "normal" as possible!  Not only did we bring home a new human, that is staying forever, we also get to have Auntie staying with us… lots of changes for Andrew!  He seems completely unaffected though, which is super rad!!  After naps, and yes, plural- we all took naps, except for Auntie, we hit the pool! Andrew has no fear of the water and absolutely LOVES swimming with Daddy… he would do his lap around the outside of the pool and stop by Taytum, give her an air kiss by her toes and then get back in the pool and start the cycle over.  It was the cutest thing EVER!  Motor boat, Motor boat, go so slow, Motor Boat, motor boat go so fasttttttt….   Our girls…   Andrew is showing Taytum where his toes are too… he would kiss her toes!  "Andrew's toes." I am sure he was wondering why he did not get any kisses back.  ...

Upon our arrival home, Andrew was so excited to open the monster trucks Taytum got for her big brother.  He opened one at a time and told us the color of each monster truck!!  That boy loves his cars and trucks!  He then peered  into her car seat while whispering, baby… so sweet!

Pictures from our hospital stay…. A much different experience than last time!  Josh and I could NOT wait to get home to Andrew.  Taytum passed all her tests and we were ready to hit the road!    June 22nd- And we are going home for Taytum to meet Andrew & Sloan!!!!  We are TIRED… and ready to see Andrew and have him meet our little princess! And so our new life as a family of 4 officially starts….
